Gregory Ballard

Greg Ballard was raised in Redondo Beach, however in 1960, his parents purchased a vacation home in Palm Desert. He has lived in the Coachella Valley full time since 2006 and has assisted in the growth and prosperity of the desert area since he began his real estate career. Greg loves that the desert is a friendly community which offers a variety of venues such as the National Pickleball Championship, BNP Tennis Tournament, Coachella and Palm Springs Film Festivals which give you a sense of being international, with a small town feeling.

Upon leaving UCLA, Greg decided to pursue a career in Real Estate and Development and is proud to say that 2020 marked his 40th year in real estate. Greg prides himself on his communication, follow through, and flexibility with clients. Greg offers customer service skills, top notch negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to any situation. Greg prides himself in helping families maximize their real estate decision financially, while at the same time seeking to improve their quality of life. Greg makes the buying and selling of real estate as cost effective as possible while maintaining the highest level of service to his clients. This includes providing accurate and up-to-date information, skilled analysis, and sound real estate advice. Greg has experience in both residential and commercial sales, which had provided Greg with an extensive understanding of property values, analytics, and perfected negotiation skills.

Greg has a NAR Green Designation, NAR Pricing Strategies Advisor, and Sotheby's Architecture Designation.

Greg is currently serving on the Palm Desert Housing Commission and out of his six years of service, three have been as Chairman. Greg was also the Director of the Desert Cities Chapter of the California Special Olympics.

In Greg's time off he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, discovering new restaurants and enjoying local events. Greg feels grateful for all his community has to offer.
